This policy describes how this privately operated Shinobi CCTV Footages integration uses Google account data and stores CCTV recordings.

1. Purpose and access

Shinobi CCTV Footages is a private installation, not a public sign-up service. The operator authorizes the application with Google OAuth to connect to the operator's Google Drive account. The requested permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file, which is intended for access to files created or explicitly opened with this integration.

2. Data accessed and used

The system uploads completed CCTV recording files from the operator's local Shinobi server to Google Drive. It may create folders and file records; list, download, and retrieve its cloud recordings for playback; and delete its cloud recordings as directed by the operator or configured cleanup features. The application does not require access to unrelated files in the Google Drive account.

3. Storage and security

Video recordings are stored on the operator's local server and, when cloud backup is enabled, in the authorized Google Drive account. OAuth credentials and file metadata needed by Shinobi are stored on the operator-controlled Shinobi installation. This public information website does not provide access to the camera streams or the private Shinobi dashboard.

4. Sharing and third parties

The integration transfers selected recording files to Google Drive to provide the requested backup functionality. The operator does not use this integration to sell Google user data or distribute it to advertisers. Google Drive processes stored files according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies. This information website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process standard website request and security data to serve these pages.

5. Retention and deletion

Local and Google Drive recordings are kept according to the operator's storage settings and any manual deletion actions. The operator can remove cloud backups using available Shinobi and Google Drive tools. The operator may revoke this application's Google access at Google Account connections; revoking access does not automatically erase existing backup files.

6. Information website

This website is informational. It does not contain camera recordings, offer registration, or intentionally collect personal information using forms or advertising trackers.

7. Contact and changes

Questions about the integration can be directed to the user support email published on its Google OAuth consent screen. This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the actual integration's data handling.
